Leadership of AFDD

1. Since this is the initiative and bold decision of Dr. Haruhisa Handa, it is necessary for the AFDD to be headed by him. Accordingly, it is natural that Dr. Handa would assume the role of Chairman and Founder of the Asia Faiths Development Dialogue, while Dr. Kao Kim Hourn takes up the role and responsibility of Secretary-General of AFDD to support AFDD and the role of the AFDD Chairman.
    
2. Equally important, AFDD sets up its Board of Governors in order to help provide guidance, direction, and purpose. Individuals with outstanding background and experience will be invited by the AFDD Chairman to serve on the Board of Governors. In addition, AFDD has also sets up the Advisory Board to receive advice and suggestions. Certain individuals will be invited to serve on this Board. Handa may wish to consider inviting Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen to serve as the High Patronage of AFDD
